Grandma's Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz can artichokes
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Finely chop artichokes and shred cheeses
  • Stir together all ingredients until well mixed, then spread in an 8 x 8 baking dish
  • Cook for 35 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and golden brown on top
  • Serve with pita chips, crackers, or tortilla chips
