Preheat oven to 325 and grease a 9 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl cream the sugar and butter.
Mix in the eggs, greek yogurt, lemon juice, and lemon zest one at a time.
In a separate bowl mix together the flour, lavender, baking powder, and salt.
While mixing, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Pour batter into a 9 inch loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes. Enjoy!
