Grandma’s Artichoke Dip
How is today the last day of August?! I feel like time is equally dragging and on hyper speed during this pandemic. Anyone else feel the same? This past weekend we got to celebrate the engagement of our friends, Tim and Erin. I have known Tim since freshman year of high school and could not be happier that he found Erin. They are perfect together and we can’t wait for the wedding – whenever that may possibly be! Anyways, I brought my grandma’s artichoke dip to the get together and it was a hit! The best part is, this dip could not be easier to make. Scroll down through some drool-worthy pictures for the recipe!
Grandma’s Artichoke Dip

- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Finely chop artichokes and shred cheeses
- Stir together all ingredients until well mixed, then spread in an 8 x 8 baking dish
- Cook for 35 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and golden brown on top
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or tortilla chips
So gooey and delicious and addictive! And it makes the house smell heavenly. I hope you’ll enjoy my grandma’s artichoke dip as much as my family does. My mom started doubling the recipe because you can’t stop eating it once you dig in. So I highly recommend doubling if you are feeding a larger group. This would be a great dip to make for the upcoming football season, too! Looking for more at home tailgating recipes? Check out my vegetarian chili here. It’s so good you won’t miss the meat. Have a great week, friends!
